Menu Planning Monday - Week 3

Finally on track with the blog...

And here we are to week 3

Monday, January 16- Ham and Pea Casserole with frozen cubed ham leftover from New Years Day

Tuesday, January 17- Meatball subs with Homemade sub rolls, chips

Wednesday, Jan 18 Beef Stew

Thursday, January 19-  Baked Coconut Shrimp , French Fries and Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Friday, January 20- Leftover Pot Roast for Two

Saturday, January 21- Lemon Chicken, Fried Rice and Egg Rolls

Sunday, January 22- Pork Chops, Broccoli and Make Ahead Loaded Mashed Potatoes

I will share the ham and bean stew, homemade sub rolls and the Make ahead loaded mashed potatoes recipes later this week they are of my own creation, so I just have to write them down.  And besides, I think I have overly blown up this computer today and it is begging for a rest.  Thanks for joining me again today!
